Shipping rates are calculated according to destination and size of item. Rates include handling and insurance.
You can also pick up your item directly at our offices near the Montparnasse train station,
Delivery time is calculated after payment has been made in full.
In the event that unforeseen circumstances or exceptional events (natural catastrophes, epidemics, strikes, etc.) delay or prohibit the delivery of merchandise, Libretis.com is cleared of all responsibility.

All our shipments are insured and packaged securely in appropriate rigid packaging.
Paper-based artworks are either sent flat or rolled when feasible.
For high-value shipments, opaque and waterproof packaging is used.

If the product doesn't meet your expectations, you have a 14-day period from the date of receipt to request a return. A prior request should be made through email or regular mail.
